I am confused about this breakup?

so this is how it started in 5th grade i went out with this boy he broke up with me but ive known him since 2nd grade ok nand i dated him in 6th twice and he broke up with me again in 7th grade i went out with him a couple of times and he broke up with me but i love him and we argued once online and then as we were going on with the conversation we were laughing together so the next day at school i tried talking to him and it worked and we were laughng about it the next day his friend told me that he broke up with me because i was a bad kisser because i only gave him a 1 second peck kiss and it was bad he told me that because i only kissed him after us going out for 5 days but i told him that i dont kiss him and he should just kiss me and now like always i regret all the times i had to makeout with him and i really want to now but its way to late and i dont know what to do im so confused any suggestions on what to say so i dont just randomly go up to him and say man i shouldve given you that walley
