What does it mean when a guy is always forcing his tongue in your mouth while kissing?

i know this guy and i actually like him, but i just HATE when we always kiss he forces his tongue in my mouth right away. and it is kind of a turn off, because it turns out sloppy.. why is he doing that? does it mean anything or is he just a bad kisser..
