Guinea pig going insane?

Just today, i clipped his nails. I don't think it's related but maybe it is. Just like an hour ago, he started mounting the other guinea pig like crazy. He also keeps climbing the cage metal things. Another thing is he keeps running around. But the thing im most concerned about is the mounting. Before the mounting just seemed natural, but now he keeps mounting him like crazy.
