I see/hear things that no one else does? also i can move things with my mind?

k so i cant fully see the people or ghosts ill just see a blur of them as if their running by and then theyll dissapear. usually after there will be a sign. like a door closing by itself or cds being moved around. i feel the presence of them. i can also sometimes hear them. like i'll hear noises that are very loud and obvious but no one else will. and same for seeing things. me, and my 2 friends all share the same sort of power. it used to be really strong when i was little but its started up again these past few months. i can sometimes move objects without touching them. like a door, once the door closed on its own i was completely focused on it wondering how it closed and i wanted it open. and it opened. i tried this again but it would not work. when i was little me and my one friend would make things move. like deer heads mounted on a wall they would always be turning their heads watching us. or even a painting would start to move. i want to know how i can control all this. any help would be great
