What is the best personal sever for 4.1.0 world of warcraft?

i mean one you play on your own for practice i played one and it was great someone who made it took time to add venders with all mats potions gear mounts and it let me have an addon for like gm powers and i want one like that so if anyone know the one i mean pls link it me thanks best one that come up i will vote best answer
